🔸 預約場勘流程說明

1. 預約原則
   　請於預定日期前3日完成預約（週日與國定假日不計入工作日）。
   　可預約時段為：週一至週六 09:00／11:00／14:00／17:00。

2. 彈性安排
   　若屬緊急案件或現場剛好就近可勘查者，現場師傅或業主可視情況彈性調整時段。

3. 場勘安排依需求而定
   　林主任將依照案件複雜度與實際需求判斷是否需親自場勘，部分案件亦可能改以線上報價方式處理。

4. 取消須知
   　若需取消預約，請至少提前一天通知。
   　如當日臨時取消、無法聯絡、或現場無人應對等情況，後續重新安排二次場勘，將酌收車馬費新台幣500元整。

🔸 官網預約表填寫說明

• 請勿重複預約已有他人登記之時段。

• 請於留言區直接輸入可配合之時段，由後台人員統一登記並回覆。

• 預約留言內容請提供以下資訊：
  　➤ 姓氏（如：王先生／李小姐）
  　➤ 聯絡電話
  　➤ 場勘地址
  　➤ 現場照片或相關圖面（如水電配置、現況格局），有助現場人員提前掌握狀況。

⚠️ 本預約表為林主任個人排程，如客戶指定其他日期或時段，將由合適之代理人協助安排場勘，以不影響進度為原則。

🔸 Site Visit Appointment Procedure

1. Booking Guidelines
   　Please make your appointment at least 3 days in advance (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
   　Available time slots: Monday to Saturday – 09:00 / 11:00 / 14:00 / 17:00.

2. Flexible Arrangements
   　For urgent cases or nearby locations, our technician or client may adjust the schedule flexibly based on actual availability.

3. Evaluation of Site Visit Necessity
   　Supervisor Lin will assess the case based on its complexity and may decide whether an on-site visit is required or if a remote quotation can be provided instead.

4. Cancellation Policy
   　If you need to cancel, please notify us at least one day in advance.
   　For same-day cancellations, unreachability, or unattended site visits, a NT$500 transportation fee will be charged for any rescheduled visit.

🔸 Online Booking Form Instructions

• Please avoid selecting time slots already booked by other clients.

• Enter your preferred time slots directly in the message field, and our backend staff will register your appointment accordingly.

• Please include the following information in your message:
  　➤ Last name (e.g., Mr. Chen / Ms. Lin)
  　➤ Mobile phone number
  　➤ Site address
  　➤ Current site photos or any relevant layout/drawings to assist the technician in preparation.

⚠️ This booking form is for Supervisor Lin's personal schedule.
If your requested time does not align with his availability, another qualified team member may be assigned for the site visit to avoid project delays.
