About Contract Payment Terms

🔸 付款條件說明

  1. 總工程金額新台幣10萬元以下者
     簽約後應先支付 50%動工款,其餘款項於完工並驗收後一次結清。

  2. 總工程金額新台幣10萬元以上者
     (1) 簽約當日應先支付 5%之訂金
     (2) 自簽約日起 七日內(即契約審閱期內)應完成 25%之動工款支付。
     (3) 合計30%為開工前應付之款項。
     (4) 若因契約爭議或其他非屬承攬商責任之因素,導致業主未依約支付動工款,已收訂金不予退還

  3. 後續付款安排
     其餘工程款項應依本契約所列或依雙方確認之估價單中 約定請款節點 進行支付。

  4. 施工與驗收原則
     所有施工過程、進度確認及驗收程序,僅限簽約人或其書面授權之代理人進行,不接受非簽約人之干涉或指示。


🔸 Payment Terms

  1. For contracts under NT$100,000:
     A 50% commencement payment shall be made upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and final acceptance.

  2. For contracts over NT$100,000:
     (1) A 5% deposit of the total contract amount shall be paid on the date of signing.
     (2) An additional 25% commencement payment shall be paid within 7 calendar days (contract review period) from the contract signing date.
     (3) The total 30% commencement payment must be completed before project initiation.
     (4) If the client fails to pay the commencement payment due to contract-related disputes or reasons not attributable to the contractor, the deposit is non-refundable.

  3. Remaining balance payments shall follow the agreed billing milestones as outlined in the contract or the official quotation.

  4. Construction and acceptance procedures are to be conducted only with the contract signatory or their formally authorized representative. Any third-party interference not authorized under contract will not be recognized.
